Step into a gentle warm oasis, giving your soul permission to relax and let go for 60 minutes. You will be guided through breath work, body awareness, visualization and sound healing. Bring a yoga mat or cushion, as we will be on the floor. Feel free to also bring a blanket, often people experience a slight temperature change during meditation.
